Our Mini-Storage is conveniently nestled in Johns Landing (across the street from the Jolly Roger). We welcome all local businesses and Portland residents. We take a family approach to our business. Our Goal is to make your move-in and storage experience as easy as possible. We know that a big move can be stressful, our staff makes sure that you are taken care of. We serve South Waterfront, Sellwood, Multnomah Village, Brooklyn Neighborhood, Ladd’s Addition, Downtown Portland and surrounding areas.

Climate Controlled- Oregon is a moody place. We experience all sorts of conditions. Our storage is climate controlled to keep your belongings safe and protected. Your belongings are stored safely with our temperature-controlled facility..

24-7 Video Surveillance- Peace of mind is big for us, thats why we have installed motion censored security that keeps your belongings safe around the clock. Of course this includes an alarm system which notifies authorities upon even the slightest suspicion of a theft or break-in.

On-site Manager assistance- Our staff is always available at the check-in office. We are here to help with any moving or storage inquiries, questions, or concerns. Check out our team here! We are a one-stop shop for all your moving and Storage needs. Locks are available for purchase upon move-in as well.

Lighten your Load: Carts and Dollies are available on site.

Payments and Processes

We offer monthly re-occurring payments set-up on a card, you can pay by check every month, or you can call in and pay over the phone. We prorate move-ins and are fairly flexible with move-outs. All we ask is that units are vacated by the end of the month. Tenant Communication is key for us.  We require a two-month minimum stay for all tenants.
